Returns, cancellations and Warranties
Cancelling Your Order
If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, please contact us by email or phone within this period.
Returning an Item
All returns must be authorised before being sent back.
Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Reference. Returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- In a resalable condition
You may inspect items as you would in a shop. If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or clinical reasons. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable at the point of sale.
Refunds
Once an authorised return has been received and checked, refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Enhanced or express delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not offer a pre-paid returns service.
We recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Missing items must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date
We may ask for photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Manufacturer Warranties (Overseas Products)
Some of our products are manufactured in the United States and are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
If a warranty repair or inspection is required:
- The item may need to be returned to the USA
- Repairs may take longer than UK-based services
- International shipping costs may apply and may be payable by the customer, depending on the manufacturer’s terms
We will support you with warranty claims and manufacturer communication, but we cannot guarantee overseas repair times or costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods under UK law.
