TouchPoints - Wearable Stress Relief Device
TouchPoints are a paired wearable device that delivers alternating left–right vibration patterns. They can be worn with sweatbands, clothing clips or wristbands
Designed around bilateral sensory stimulation principles, the system provides rhythmic, patterned vibration that can used to reduce stress, increase focus, improve sleep, and enhance performance.
In addition to traditional placement, the devices could be worn on the same-side arm and leg to introduce one-sided sensory input, or on opposite arm and leg during specific movement sequences — particularly when working on cross-body coordination, balance transitions or hemisphere-linked movement integration tasks.
HOW TO USE
When you begin to experience stress, place TouchPoints on either side of your body - on straps, socks, wrists, or in pockets. TouchPoints gently vibrate to calm you down, increasing focus, helping with sleep and improving performance.
TouchPoints have three-speed settings (slow, medium, fast) that can be adjusted to match your comfort level. The vibrations produce a sound that's similar to that of a cell phone. If the noise is distracting, simply place the TouchPoints in pockets, socks, or use our zippered sweatbands.
TouchPoints are neuroscientific general wellness devices. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, nor are they intended to cure any medical conditions.
